Clear understanding of the global market in the Aero practice
Should have worked in a customer or market facing role
Ability to understand the key business drivers and buying parameters of a market
Ability to segment a market based on the key buying criteria within the market
Ability to create an articulate a business case for outsourcing
Qualifications:
A bachelor’s or master’s level degree in engineering
An MBA is preferred
Worked in a global organization in the industry in a customer facing role (preferable business development or sales)
Worked on market entry strategies or service offerings for the industry
Responsibilities:
Industry specific go to market strategies and service offering for market
Service offering definitions, compelling reason for the offerings
Segment definitions, value drivers and value proposition
Ensure the business case is viable (PSPD)
Go To Market strategies
Resource planning in consultation with delivery, based on sales forecast and pipeline
Work with the rest of the organization to develop the delivery capability
Train and direct sales force the focus and strategies for practice/vertical
Marketing for the practice in question
Create the market positioning & market pull
Industry events, Analyst coverage …
Own the Inside Sales function for lead generation
Assist Sales in proposal preparation & sales cycle
Be the voice of the market
Experience 15 - 25 Years
